ISOTIB\u00ae<\/strong> is designed to isolate and strengthen the ankle and shin (tibialis anterior) muscles, increasing ankle stabilization and preventing ankle injuries.<\/p>\n

It can also be used to add weight to various leg exercises, making it the ideal tool for strengthening them.<\/p>\n

WHY ISOTIB?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The ability to unilaterally train is a superior asset in all types of athletic performance and athletic development and is second to none when it comes to recovery.<\/p>\n

Statistically speaking, the majority of injuries occur to one part, limb or side of the body at a time. Because of this, it is common for bumps, tight spots, sore areas, and\/or weak spots to appear on only one side of the body. Not to mention that for most people, one side of the body is dominant, stronger than the other.<\/p>\n

Using ISOTIB\u00ae allows you to train each leg individually, removing imbalances and offering the ability to strengthen any weak areas or deficits.<\/p>\n

The ISOTIB\u00ae is made from laser cut quality steel and features a 50mm stainless steel sleeve (which also fits 2 inch Olympic & Competition plates). The ISOTIB\u00ae also features our custom locking clamp for weight retention, an adjustable leg clamp and shock-absorbing ankle support to ensure comfort. It has a black matte finish.
\nIt is portable, light and very powerful, ideal for use in home gyms, professional gyms and can also be used for outdoor training. It is suitable for everyone and anyone, and can be used anywhere and anytime.<\/p>\n

HOW DOES IT WORK<\/strong><\/p>\n

ISOTIB\u00ae is an innovative device for unilateral tibial anterior strengthening through linear tibial elevations. It is capable of inversion and roll-over exercises as well as rotational work, and by rotating the foot medially (internally) it allows the peroneal muscles (outer shin muscles) to be targeted as well.<\/p>\n

Training the peroneus muscle is vital to the recovery and prevention of lateral ankle sprains, which can often strain the ligaments.<\/p>\n

The ISOTIB\u00ae can be used on both left and right feet and features an adjustable foot clamp to fit a wide range of foot sizes.<\/p>\n

*We recommend that you always wear shoes when using ISOTIB\u00ae due to the compression mechanism \u2013 the compression mechanism will tighten over your shoe to fit the size.
\nMake sure the weights are pressed into the stainless steel housing and securely attached to the back of the sleeve with the custom locking clamp.
\nWhile the ISOTIB\u00ae is on the ground, place your foot through the ISOTIB\u00ae and tighten the adjustable foot clamp to fit your foot size.
\nSit with the upper leg and knee supported and stretched out. Work through the repetitions of the exercise and when finished, place your foot back on the ground and loosen the adjustable brass leg clamp to release your leg.<\/p>\n
