Pull-up training is essential in all sports that require strength and resistance development.<br>\nTo respond to different types of training, we have two models of traction vests that differ in relation to the intensity of the exercises. In pairs, one athlete wears a model traction belt and the partner wears the vest. In the individual form, the wearer wears the vest and secures the end of the tires to a post or back via their adjustment straps.
