Fitting the equipment to the athlete<\/h2>\n

Using the Actual\u00ae Individual Traction Belt is very easy!
\nThe strap is adjusted in the core area, while the other end of the equipment is attached to a static point. This point should be quite resistant to the shocks caused by exercise. It can be a pole, hook, wall ring or back. Simply adjust the adapter to the desired height (usually around the user's waist) and wear the belt securely.<\/p>\n

Belt:<\/strong>
\nConstructed with durable custom cord tapes, 4 inch wide Velcro closure and very comfortable closed cell foam padding to cushion shocks. Contains two independent velcro closures to secure the bands.<\/p>\n

Elastic bands:<\/strong>
\nThe classic Individual Traction Belt contains 4 tires with 60 cm at rest that extend up to 1.8 m.<\/p>\n

Thus, the equipment at rest has a distance of approximately 1.5 m between the athlete and the attachment point. When extended, it reaches the limit of 3.3 m.
\nAfter launch, each tire reaches a load of up to 5.5 kg of resistance when it reaches the limit of the safety cable. This will prevent the band from completely breaking.<\/p>\n

You can reduce the amount of tires to reduce the resistance of the equipment or add them to make the workout more intense. The belt can hold up to 8 resistance bands.<\/p>\n

\nIt is the element that connects the equipment at the opposite end to the straps. As already mentioned, it must be connected to a fixed point, from where the pulling exercises are performed.<\/p>\n

In the basic configuration, the traction belt is equipped with 4 elastic bands. Each of them at rest is 60 cm long and stretches up to 210 cm with a force of up to 5.5 kg per band. Excellent length to towing ratio.<\/p>\n
