Return Policy

The user has the right to withdraw and return the products he bought from this online store within 14 calendar days from the day he received the product, bearing the return costs (courier, transport, post), which will be at his own risk. It is specified that the return should be made within the above days at the latest (proof of date of shipment: the stamp of the courier or post office or in any other case the day of receipt of the product by our company).

 

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the products returned must be in perfect condition, complete and without any damage, sealed and accompanied by the complete relevant documents.
