The Pegasus Rowing Machine "T‑Bar" Back Machine with free weights is an excellent choice to train and strengthen most muscle groups of the back, as well as the shoulders and biceps.
For safe lifting the machine has iron foot rest plates and you can adjust the width of the handles to your comfort level.
Compatible with: Φ50 & Φ29 hole diameter discs.
