In collaboration with BlackBoard Training, FLEXVIT has developed the first traction bands specifically for the leg. The size and resistance have been chosen so that individual training of the foot and toe muscles is possible both in a standing position and integrated into dynamic movement patterns, e.g. gait.
The package contains:
- 1 ToeBand green
- 1 ToeBand pink
- ToeBand bag
Elastic bands have been shown to be very effective in supporting nerve activation and muscle strengthening.
The Green ToeBand is mainly used to mobilize fixed and immobile joints and to strengthen already well-trained leg muscles.
The Pink ToeBand allows for the strengthening of nerve pathways and strengthens muscles that have been less active and therefore have lost strength.
