It is used before training to prepare the muscles for maximum performance. It is taken and benefits both strength and endurance athletes. Citrulline has a longer half-life and action than arginine, which means it is recycled for a longer period and offers greater results.
Dosage: Mix a 3 g serving (approximately ½ scoop) with 100–200 ml of water or other beverage. Maximum 1 serving per day, 30 minutes before exercise.
