The Toorx AHF-187 resistance sled is ideal for strength training in a Cross Training room or outside. It is equipped with steel tubes that reach a height of approximately 1m to help the athlete maintain the correct posture. In the 64cm high central tube you can place 50mm diameter weight plates. And if you want more resistance you can also load the tubes that act as hand grips. In the central tube you can also support some battle rope. A very robust construction that should not be missing from any Cross Training room.
