FLEXVIT MinY Set of 3

The FLEXVIT MinY 3-piece set contains all three tires of the FLEXVIT mini series, which has been developed specifically for training young people. FLEXVIT MinY enables an age-appropriate effective training of basic physical skills and serves to maintain health and prevent injuries.

The different resistances allow a gradual increase in physical exertion according to age and fitness level. It also allows the gradual training of the upper limbs (shoulders, arms), which are generally somewhat weaker, than the lower limbs (legs, hips).

FLEXVIT MinY is the world's first miniband specifically designed to meet the demands of youth resistance training. It allows the supporting and motor system to withstand the appropriate load and thus promotes physical development in childhood and adolescence.

With FLEXVIT MinY, young athletes can reach a high level of physical performance at a young age with a workout that is easy on the bones and joints and makes it easier for them to deal with higher stress levels later in the match sport as adults.
