Flowbell Exercise ball 33kg

The Flowbell is a ball-shaped exercise tool with two sturdy handles on each side to help you take your ab exercises to the next level. The inflatable exercise ball is filled with water and is specially designed for core exercises that strengthen your core muscles. It challenges the muscles in a completely different way than static weights. You have to constantly balance the water running inside the ball, which means you use more muscles than usual.
