The Flowtank Dumbbell is a "flexible" dumbbell that uses water as an external force to challenge the muscles.
Unlike a traditional dumbbell, whose consistency is constant, a water-filled Flowtank Dumbbell is constantly moving – which challenges the muscles to work in concert, as no two movements are the same.
With more muscle fibers working together, strength improves.
It is a versatile tool that allows for a range of different exercises.
When the body resists the movement of the water, both strength and balance are exerted.
