Kinetic Bands – Resistance Exercise Bands For Your Legs

Leg resistance & exercise bands are worn on the thighs (about one inch above the knees). The set includes two comfortable and easily adjustable neoprene straps, two sets of resistance bands that provide different levels of resistance, and a handy travel bag.

User's weight must be equal to or greater than 110 lbs (50 kg): Includes a set of green bands (used for full range of motion) and a set of red bands (used for light stretch). Each set of resistance bands contains a large band (placed at the front) and a small strip (placed at the back). The smaller back band helps keep the hamstrings and glutes level with the quadriceps.
