Kynett Disc Set 2mm
The Kynett Disc Set 2mm is the lightest version. If this is still too heavy, you can even train with a 2 mm thick disc. The 2mm discs are suitable for both upper and lower body training with an emphasis on recovery or speed.
2, 3 and 4mm discs can also be combined for even more resistance variations.
The resistance used for training is not expressed in kilograms but in a moment of inertia kgm2. Any object that rotates about a certain axis has a so-called moment of inertia. The moment of inertia can be calculated based on the mass and dimensions of the rotating disk.
