The Kynett Disc Set 4mm is very suitable for lower body training, for more intensity but also for calm movements and comes standard with Kynett PRO.
2, 3 and 4mm discs can also be combined for even more resistance variations.
The resistance used for training is not expressed in kilograms but in a moment of inertia kgm2. Any object that rotates about a certain axis has a so-called moment of inertia. The moment of inertia can be calculated based on the mass and dimensions of the rotating disk.
