Ingredients: 84.5% calcium β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate, bulking agent – microcrystalline cellulose. anticoagulant – magnesium fatty acid salts;capsule (gelatin, color: E 171).
Dosage:
Recommended use: Take 2 capsules 4 times a day, with plenty of water – before breakfast, before training, after training and before bed. Keep away from children.
