Top quality Olympic Bar with 28mm inner diameter and 8-bearing rotation system, 4 on each side, for optimal performance.
This Olympic Bar uses 8 needle bearings, 4 in each rotating sleeve and 1 metal bearing, for smooth rotation of the sleeve, designed to reduce stress on the wrists and arms, and to suit the needs of exercises such as snatch and clean & jerk.
The weight plates lock with the ribbing on the sleeve. These provide greater friction and reduce disc wobble during weight lifting workouts.
