The unique composition of Nutrend's new formula offers the athlete the ideal mix of proteins for consumption immediately after an exhausting workout. Its basis is a high-quality protein mixture, which is quickly and completely absorbed. One part of it is hydrolyzed whey, another part is isolated whey and finally one part is concentrated whey with the absolutely pure filtration. But in order to achieve maximum growth and recovery, carbohydrates are necessary to refill the empty glycogen stores. In this case, After Training contains the unique mix of Palatinose & ModCarb, which are quickly absorbed.
At the same time, it offers large doses of bcaa amino acids, as well as a unique composition of ingredients such as colostrum, Ginkgo biloba and vitamins for greater assistance in recovery. Finally, After Training is enriched with special digestive enzymes that help to assimilate lactose without problems.
Dosage:
Mix a 45g serving in 200ml of water and consume immediately after training. Another dose can be used at any time during the day with a minimum interval of 60 minutes after the normal meal. The maximum daily dose is 90 g. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
