The Airdyne® AD6 Bicycle from Schwinn® with a dual-action air system is a very clever machine indeed. It's designed with a helical system made of durable ABS plastic, meaning the harder you pedal, the greater the resistance. As a result, AD6 offers practically infinite levels of resistance to increase your power!

The high-resolution LCD screen shows you all the key data of your exercise at the same time, such as Time, Distance, Calories, Heart Rate and of course the unique RevMeter™ RPM counter, which is ideal for interval training. You can also always telemetrically monitor your heart rate throughout your workout, simply by using a chest strap that operates at 4.5kHz to 5.5kHz frequencies.

Thanks to the impeller system, you create the desired resistance with the intensity of your movement, having practically unlimited levels at your disposal. In addition, the moving handlebars make this bike one of the few that works out the whole body so effectively. You can even focus on the upper body by placing your feet in the two fixed positions.
