Instructions for use
Add 1 tablet of SiS GO Hydro to 500ml of water and let it dissolve. Consume within 24 hours. Do not consume more than 4 tablets per day.

Recommended Use:
Consume 500ml of SIS GO Hydro 3-4 hours before your workout with an additional amount of around 250-500ml shortly before your workout. During an exercise of shorter duration, where carbohydrate intake is not necessary, consume 500 ml of SIS GO Hydro per hour. If the goal is to combine hydration with energy, consume it in combination with SiS GO Gels.
