TECAR treatment works in two different modes: capacitive and antistatic mode. The DiaCare 5000 can use both modes.

Therefore, the biological effect can be concentrated more efficiently both in tissues with greater resistance (in other words, tissues with less water concentration) and in tissues of low resistance.

TheDiaCare 5000 operates on frequencies 400, 448, 470, 700, 1000 KHz, with a power limit of 200 WAC – 400 VA

The device comes with: 

• CAPTRODE: unipolar electrode – head with 3 different size electrodes, for capacitive mode.
• DUALTRODE: unipolar electrode – head with 3 different size electrodes, for the antistatic function.
• COUNTER-ELECTRODE (earth plate electrode).

Optionally available:

• MONOTRODE – BIPOLAR: bipolar electrode – 50 mm diameter head for use in antistatic mode without the ground electrode.
• Automatic operation KIT, which allows the therapist to combine TECAR and manual therapy.

• Through the possibility of choosing between 5 different frequencies, the therapist is given the possibility to choose the penetration depth of the emission.
• Option to select pulse emission, which allows treatment even in acute phases without creating overheating.
• Automatic scanning function, which enables the transfer of energy equally at different depths.
• Transdermal deep tissue drug delivery.

The device has a modern and modern design, it has a screen with backlight and a keyboard with a rubber membrane offering especially to the user operation and easy navigation in the menu.
