Thera-Band exercise balls are used in balance exercises,strengthening the core, practicing proprioception and increasing range of motion and flexibility. It's a fun way to exercise as well as rehabilitate. In the beginning it was only used for therapeutic exercise by physical therapists and gymnasts or as a gymnastic instrument for pilates exercises with a ball. They are available in sizes with a corresponding color distinction depending on the height of the user. The diameters of the exercise balls are 45cm - Yellow color, 55cm - Red color, 65cm - Green color, 75cm - Blue color, 85cm - Silver color. In particular, SCP exercise balls have technology that in the event of an accident resists the tendency to burst violently, but deflates gradually. They are available deflated together with a valve for easy inflation. Please do not exceed the nominal inflation limit of the ball ±10%. Depending on the size you can also use them as yoga balls.
