Thera-Band exercise balls are used in balance exercises, strengthening the trunk, practicing proprioception and increasing range of motion and flexibility. It's a fun way to exercise but also rehabilitate. In addition to gym ball exercises people of all ages for more than half a century have often used them to sit and relax as they help with proper posture but also prevent lower back pain.
