Body pump set which includes a 140cm gym bar with foam coating and chrome ends. The metal plates are squared to prevent slipping and covered with a durable plastic casing to prevent rust and wear. The housing also reduces noise compared to metal weights and is less likely to damage the gym floor or home if dropped.
