Toorx T-BAR Total Core AHF-198

The T-Bar Total Core Toorx AHF-198 is a portable rotator bar for total core functional training. One end goes into the hole of one or more Olympic weight plates to create a support system – we recommend 2 to 3 plates. The heavier the plate stack, the more secure the support will be without slipping or tipping over, especially when performing dynamic or rotational movements. In the other you place an Olympic bar and in the free barbell plates according to the resistance you want the exercise to perform.
